What happens if my Smart Portfolio account balance falls below $5?
Our main priority at Stash is to protect you and your investments. We created a $5 minimum to make sure your money can be properly distributed across multiple investments. You may not withdraw an amount that would cause your account balance to be lower than $5. If your Smart Portfolio balance falls below $5 due to market fluctuations, no automatic action will be taken, but we will continue to monitor your account closely.
If you have any more questions about how we protect your investments, please reach out to Support. That’s what we’re here for!
