When will my account statement be available?
We send out account statements to your email during the first week of the month. With that said, if your account has no activity for the previous month, a statement isn’t required and won’t be generated. You’ll still receive a quarterly statement regardless, which will break down account activity per month, even if there is no activity for a given month. Please note that bank or market holidays can delay the process.
You can also manually view and download statements using the following instructions.
To access Bank account statements:
- From the Home screen, tap Bank on the navigation bar located at the bottom of your screen.
- In the upper right corner, tap the Settings icon, which looks like a gear.
- Scroll down to View statements, then tap Bank account statements.
- Here you’ll see a list of all your available statements.
To access Invest portfolio statements:
- From the Home screen, tap your profile icon in the top left corner.
- Scroll down to Documents and tap Portfolio.
- From here, you can access portfolio statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations.
If you need some help accessing your statements, or if you have any further questions, you can reach Support here.
