Do I have to cancel my card if I want to dispute a transaction?

If you believe there was suspicious activity on your account, you must immediately report your Stock-Back card (your debit card) as Lost/Stolen in the app. As a next step, you will need to file a dispute. Please contact customer support for assistance.

Please review your transaction history and when calling, provide the following information:

  • Merchant Name(s)
  • Transaction Amount(s)
  • Transaction Dates(s)
