I can’t find my bank, what now?
If you’re you having trouble finding your bank
- Go to Account
- Select Bank Account
- Choose Search All Banks
- Search for your bank by name
If you can’t find it, select Can’t Find Your Bank
This will allow you to manually link your bank to Stash with something called ‘micro-deposits.’
Can I add my account another way?
Yes, you can verify your account manually using micro-deposits.
You will need your account and routing numbers, which you’ll add to Stash.
Then we’ll send 2 small to your account to verify ownership. These 2 deposits will be less than $0.50 each. We’ll remove the same small amount at the same time, so your total bank balance stays the same.
You’ll see these deposits/debits in your bank account within 1-3 business days as separate items on your bank statement.
Once you do, log back into Stash and add these 2 amounts to verify your bank account. Once you do, you’ll be all set!
