Why can’t I withdraw my money?
If you still have investments, you’ll need to sell those before withdrawing your money.
The money from the sale will be held for two business days (in accordance with SEC regulation) before you can move it to your bank account.
What if I just sent money to my Stash account?
All transfers into Stash (including Auto-Stash) are subject to a hold, and may be held up to 6 business days.Your money should be available to withdraw on or before the 7th business day, depending on the hold time applicable to you.
