Why didn’t my Smart-Stash transfer?

Smart-Stash might not run if there is an issue with the external bank you’ve linked to Stash or if the algorithm predicts that you do not have enough spare cash to save that day.

Smart-Stash transfers occur Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. When you earn Smart-Stash savings over the weekend, those amounts will be added and transferred to your cash balance the following Monday.
