How do I get paper statements?
By default, we send out digital statements to our clients’ registered email addresses. We also support paper statements.
If you’d like to opt-in to receive paper statements, please contact Support here. Our team will be able to accommodate that request for you. Please note that we do charge an additional fee for paper statements.
Our fees are:
- $2 for paper confirmations of each transfer or trade you make
- $5 for a monthly account statement
This fee will be charged to your linked external bank account.
