How do I cancel a transfer or deposit to my personal investment portfolio?

If you’d like to cancel a transfer or deposit, don’t fear—it’s a very simple process that can be completed only in the app. We’ve outlined the steps you’ll need to take below.


Please keep in mind that we can only cancel transfers marked as “pending,” so you’ll want to take action before the transfer or deposit clears. At this time, we’re only able to process cancelations made in the app.


Here’s how it works:

  1. From the Home screen, select the Invest tile.
  2. Scroll down to your Activity section.
  3. Once you’ve found the transaction you’d like to cancel, tap it to bring up the Purchase Details.
  4. At the bottom of the Purchase Details screen, tap the option to cancel your deposit or transfer.
  5. Once you’ve confirmed the cancelation, you’re all set!
