How much money can I contribute to my Stash Retire account?
If you’re 49 years old or younger
The yearly contribution limit to all IRAs (including Stash Retire) is $5,500.
If you’re turning 50 this year (or are older)
The annual contribution for people who are turning 50 this calendar year or older is $6,500.
When can I contribute?
You can contribute to it anytime to your IRA at any time.
What’s the deadline for contributing to the tax year?
The deadline for contributing to your IRA for the current tax year is the same as the tax filing deadline.
Typically, this is April 15th each year but the date can change so please double-check with the IRS and/or a tax professional.
