The micro-deposits can take up to 3 business days to post to your external bank account. If it’s the end of the 3rd business day and you still haven’t received the micro-deposits, there may be an issue with the bank account information you provided.

To check if this is the case, verify that you provided the correct information, such as bank account and routing numbers. Sometimes you’ll need to provide a more specific number, supplied by your bank, to complete the process. You’ll need to reach out to your bank to see if this is required.

Please note that if your Stash account isn’t complete, you won’t be able to receive your micro-deposits.
