Can I Transfer my Crypto Coins to Another Platform?

You can transfer your crypto holdings to an external wallet. This transfer has a $75 fee, which is pulled from either your coin holdings or your Personal brokerage account.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Service team to get the ball rolling.
    1. Phone: 800-205-5164 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, and from 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. ET Saturday and Sunday
    2. Email: support@stash.com
  2. Pay the $75 transfer fee, then our custodian processes your information.
  3. Sign the Transfer Agreement.
  4. Complete a video call to confirm your identity.
  5. Your coins will be transferred to your external wallet.

Note: If you request an ACAT for the securities held in your brokerage account without transferring your coins first, crypto assets held in your crypto account are sold, and the proceeds of your sale will be deposited into your brokerage account. The Crypto transaction fee for any transaction to sell your entire position in a specific Crypto asset will be rounded to the nearest penny corresponding to your applicable fee amount.
