What is the Subscription Plan offering for the “Beta Group”?

For a select group of clients, each plan will include Financial Counseling Advice (i.e Impersonal Investment Advice) as it relates to one or more guides, education materials about investing and financial planning, along with access to open brokerage accounts and a bank account. The subscription fee is due if a client is receiving Financial Counseling Services regardless of whether or not a client elects to open and/or use such an account. You may view the Advisory Agreement (Beta Group) for additional details. 

 

Beginner Subscription ($1) – you will receive the Program as it relates to one taxable brokerage account (Personal Portfolio), regardless of whether or not you elect to open and/or use the account. If you do not open the account or should any such account be closed, the advisory services you will receive from Stash will only be the Financial Counseling Services.

You will receive access to the Financial Counseling Advice as it relates to one or more guides and educational materials about investing and financial planning for beginner investors, along with the ability to view (but not the ability to transact in) the Platform Investments through the Platform. 

 

Growth Subscription ($3) –  You will receive the Program as it relates to one taxable brokerage account, one Discretionary Managed Account and one IRA, regardless of whether or not you elect to open and/or use any such account(s). If you do not open any one of such account(s) or should any and all such account(s) be closed, the advisory services you will receive from Stash will only be the Financial Counseling Service. You will receive access to the Financial Counseling Advice as it relates to one or more guides and educational materials about investing and financial planning for retirement, along with the Financial Counseling Advice included in the Beginner Subscription. 

 

Plus Subscription ($9) – You will receive the Program as it relates to one taxable brokerage account, one IRA, one Discretionary Managed Account and two UGMA/UTMA accounts. If you do not open any one of such account(s) or should any and all such account(s) be closed, the advisory services you will receive from Stash will only be the Financial Counseling Service. You will receive access to the Financial Counseling Advice as it relates to one or more guides and educational materials about investing and financial planning for families and access to the Market Insights Reports, along with the Financial Counseling Advice included in both the Beginner and Growth Subscription Plans.
