We send out account statements to your email during the first week of the month. If your account has no activity for the previous month, a monthly statement won’t be generated. You’ll still receive a quarterly statement regardless, which will have a monthly breakdown on it. 

Please note that bank or market holidays can delay statements.

You can also manually view and download statements directly from the app or web. Follow these steps to view your investment portfolios

On the app

1. Login to the Stash app. 
2. Tap your initials (iOS) or hamburger icon (Android) in the upper-left corner. 
3. Scroll down to the Documents section and tap Portfolio. 
4. Tap Portfolio statements under the portfolio you want to view the statement for. 

On the web

1. Login to the Stash website. 
2. Click your name in the upper-right corner. 
3. Click Statements and tax documents. 
4. Click Account statements under the portfolio you want to view the statement for.
