How do I change my address?
Moving can be a hassle. We get it. That’s why we’ve made the process of changing the address associated with your Bank account and Invest portfolio(s) easy and painless.
To change the address associated with your Bank¹ account:
- From the Home screen, select the Bank tile.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select change account information, then billing and mailing address.
- Tap the residential address and update your information.

To change the address associated with your Invest portfolio(s):
In order to protect you from fraud and unauthorized access to your account, we review changes of this nature individually. You’ll need to provide us with the proper documentation in order for us to accommodate your request.
What kind of proof do I need?
We’ll need to see written proof of your new address that has your name printed as it appears on your Invest account. Here’s a list of the documentation that we currently accept:
- A utility bill, such as electricity, gas, internet, etc.
- Your lease agreement
- IRS communication, such as a tax return
- Government-issued identification, such as a Drivers License or state ID card
Please send your proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we’ve received your documentation, please allow up to 5 business days to process your request. Keep in mind that a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
