I closed my account, why am I still getting emails from you?
Since we’re legally required to send our clients statements about their account activity, you may receive the occasional update from us after your account has been closed, though this is rare. We also send tax documents by email, making it easy for you to comply with the IRS’s reporting requirements for taxable income earned from a brokerage account.
We may still send communication as it relates to service updates we believe may be of interest to you. To opt out of marketing emails from Stash, simply click the link labeled “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any such email we send you. For additional information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
