How do I lock/unlock my Stash Stock-Back Card?
Misplaced your wallet and worried that fraudsters have it? Don’t panic—Stash offers the ability to lock and unlock your Stock-Back® Card¹ (your debit card). You can keep looking for your card without worrying about unauthorized transactions. Locking is easy—here’s how:
In the app:
- Login to the Stash app.
- Tap Bank at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your card image to flip it over.
- Tap the slider next to Lock Card.
To unlock your card, tap the slider again.
On the web:
- Log into the Stash website.
- Click Bank at the top of the screen.
- Click Account Management.
- Click the toggle next to Card unlocked.
- Click Lock Card to lock your card.
To unlock your card, click the slider again.
