How do I lock my Stash Stock-Back Card?
Misplaced your wallet and worried that fraudsters have it? Don’t panic—Stash offers the ability to lock and unlock your Stock-Back Card¹ (your debit card). You can keep looking for your card without worrying about unauthorized transactions. Locking is easy—here’s how:
In the app:
- Open Stash.
- Tap Bank from Home screen.
- Tap gear icon from the upper right hand of the screen.
- Tap Debit card management.
- Tap on/off option next to Card unlocked.
- Tap Lock card.
On the web:
- Log into Stash.
- Select Bank from navigation bar.
- Select Account Management from submenu just below navigation.
- Select on/off option next to Card unlocked.
- Select Lock card.
