I got an error message when I was trying to switch my direct deposit. Can I still switch over my direct deposit?

Even if an error occurred, we’ve got plenty of options to help you complete your direct deposit enrollment. We can deliver a pre-filled direct deposit form to your email address with just a few clicks and taps. Or, if you prefer to print and fill out the form yourself, we’ve got you covered.

For a pre-filled direct deposit form via the app:

  • Open Stash.
  • Tap Bank on the home screen or the bottom navigation bar. 
  • Tap Direct Deposit.
  • Tap Email Prefilled PDF.
  • Check your email—Stash sent you a form!
  • Fill out any incomplete sections, sign, and hand in to your employer or benefits provider.

For a pre-filled direct deposit form via the interwebs:

  • Log into your account via Stash.com.
  • Select Bank on the navigation bar.
  • Select Direct Deposit. 
  • Check your email—Stash sent you a form!
  • Fill out any incomplete sections, sign, and hand in to your employer or benefits provider.
