I’m having technical issues with the Stash app and can’t open a banking account

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble opening a Stash banking account right now. Make sure you’re navigating to the Bank tab after you login to Stash. If you’re eligible, you should see a prompt to open your Stash banking account. 

If you don’t see this prompt in your Bank tab and you’d like to open a banking account with us, please give us a call at 800-205-5164 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, or email us at support@stash.com. We’re happy to help!
