Why are the transfers in my Stash banking account pending?
You might see a pending status on a relatively recent Stash banking transaction. The status lets you know that a particular transaction is approved by Stash but not fully processed by the external bank account.
When you add money from an external bank account into Stash banking, the transfer will be noted as ‘pending’, and your Stash banking available balance will not change until the transaction is fully processed. When complete, the transaction status changes from ‘pending’ to ‘completed’ and your available balance is updated.
Transfers out of your Stash banking account are immediately reflected in your Stash available balance or Stash portfolio cash1 (if applicable).
DISCLOSURES
1 Availability of instant money transfers may be subject to limitations. Money can be moved via instant money transfer between your personal portfolio and your Stash banking account.
