Why was my Stash Stock-Back card (debit card) transaction declined?
Your Stock-Back® Card1 (debit card) transaction could be declined for several reasons, such as insufficient funds in your account to cover the transaction, or if the activity is outside of your normal spending patterns.
Please contact Customer Support at (800) 205-5164 from 8:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, and from 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. ET Saturday and Sunday for further assistance.
