I used the wrong PIN and I’m locked out of my Stash banking account. What should I do?
After several invalid PIN attempts at an ATM, your card will be locked.
If your card does get locked, don’t worry—you can easily unlock it from within the Stash app in just a few minutes! Follow these steps to unlock your Stock-Back® Card:
- Login to the Stash app.
- Tap Bank at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your card image to flip it over.
- Tap the slider next to Lock Card. When the slider is blue, your card is locked.
Note: To unlock your card, tap the slider next to Lock Card again.
