If you are fully closed with no funds in any of your account(s):
Since your account is now fully closed and unfunded this would be your final statement. However, we’ll also need to send you any necessary tax documents by email, making it easy for you to comply with the IRS’s reporting requirements for taxable income earned from a brokerage account.
If your account(s) are not fully closed and you wish to close them now follow the instructions here:
If your accounts are closed with funds still in them that need to be sent back to you so you have a $0 balance, we will need to send you a check to get this squared away. Please give us a call at 800-205-5164 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, or email us at support@stash.com.
