What should I do if my device that stores my digital wallet is lost or stolen?
Smart devices have powerful security features that should be turned on if something happens to them. If your device is lost or stolen, your first step should be to engage those features, which vary by provider:
- Visit the Apple support site for Apple Pay
- Visit the Google support site for Google Pay
- Visit the Samsung support site for Samsung Pay
If your device is unable to be locked, immediately report your Stock-Back® Card (your debit card) stolen or lost. This freezes your account and makes sure we can get another card to you as soon as possible.
