What should I do if my device that stores my digital wallet is lost or stolen?

Smart devices have powerful security features that should be turned on if something happens to them. If lost or stolen, your first step should be to engage those features, which vary by provider:

If your device is unable to be locked, immediately report your Stock-Back card (your debit card) stolen or lost. This freezes your account and makes sure we can get another card to you as soon as possible.

  • Open the app.
  • Tap Bank on the home screen or the bottom navigation bar.
  • Tap the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select Replace my card.
  • Confirm the address where you’d like us to send the replacement card, then

tap Save and continue.

  • Select either Card lost or Card stolen.
  • Tap Order a new card.
